DELIVERY & RETURNS

At present my shop is set up for deliveries within the UK only.  If you are in Europe, or the rest of the world and wish to make a purchase, please contact me for postage charges.

Packaging

Every care is taken in the packaging of your order to ensure safe transit and that it arrives safely and in perfect condition. 

The protective packaging materials used are all recyclable.

Delivery

I aim to despatch your order the same day, orders received after 3pm will be sent out the following day.

All parcels are sent first class Royal Mail or Parcel Force as I think they are the best.

Made to order items have a delivery time specified within the product details.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns

You can return any part of your order within 14 days of receipt of delivery.  Bespoke items are non-returnable.  The items must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging, including your receipt.
